As a travel writer passionate about food, I was particularly impressed by the restaurant's commitment to both classic Carinthian and international cuisine. The breakfast featured fresh, hearty bread that truly elevated the meal, and I enjoyed a memorable dinner showcasing the “Yellow Suppn,” which offered a comforting taste of local flavors. The warm Kaiserschmarrn, served with a side of caramelized fruits, provided a sweet finish to the meal, reminiscent of family gatherings back home in Canada. The ambiance of the dining space, combined with the attentive staff, created a welcoming environment that made my visit enjoyable.
